How quickly do items get restocked?

We cannot guarantee when an item will be back in stock.
Please click the “Notify when in stock” button to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

What is the estimated time for shipping orders?

  • Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Thursday will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm EST Monday-Thursday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday.

How long does it take to receive an online order?

It depends on the shipping option you choose. For most standard shipping options, delivery times are between 1-6 business days in Canada and the United States. While express/expedited delivery options are between 1-3 business days.

Please note, delivery times are different from processing times.

There are missing items in my shipment? What do I do?

Sometimes, we may ship an order in multiple shipments, or the item may have been cancelled due to lack of sufficient inventory.
Please check your email to confirm if you received an update about this from us. If you do not find any update from us, then email sales@beautyruninc.com with your order number in the subject title

How long do refunds take to process?

It takes approximately 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

How do I track my order ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. If your order has been sent in multiple shipments, you will receive an email for each shipment.

How can I change the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we cannot change the shipping address. If eligible, we can cancel the order and you can re-order.

How can I modify the items and/or quantities on my order?

In the event that you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Will I receive a shipping notification?

Yes, you will receive a shipping notification for same-day, standard or expedited shipping options. If you do not find one, please check your spam or junk folder first.
