Return & Refund Policy

Note: To request a return, please log into your customer account and click "request return"

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges, if you would like to exchange your item, you would have to return the product(s) and re-order the correct item.

However, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item sent is the wrong item or the item is damaged/defective.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund to your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you received a damaged or defective item, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery ) at sales@beautyruninc.com so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that we will not issue a refund or provide a replacement for products outside of this timeframe for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:
  • Clearance Items (pricing ends in $.97)
  • Sale or promotional items (e.g Buy 2 for 1)
  • Accessories & tools such as brushes, spray bottles, hair clips, combs and so on ( Electrical tools like straighteners and hair dryers are exempt if contacted within 7 days of delivery ).
  • Cosmetics such as eyeliner, lip liners, lip gloss, lip stick and lip balms etc.
